1. Who we are
Simbrace is operated by Mazer Inc., a Delaware corporation, with a registered office at c/o Harvard Business Services, Inc., 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, United States. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information in connection with the Simbrace website at simbrace.com and our early-access program. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at contact@simbrace.com.
2. Information we collect
When you submit an early-access request, we collect:
- Required: your email address, and your confirmation that you agree to be contacted about Simbrace early access.
- Optional: your name, company or team, role, your area of interest, and a short message describing what kind of world you want to build.
We also automatically collect limited technical and operational information connected to each request, including the time of submission, the page you submitted it from, your browser’s user agent string, and a one-way hash derived from your IP address. We use this hashed value only to help detect and prevent spam and abuse — we do not retain your raw IP address, and we do not expose this information publicly.
We may also collect information automatically through analytics and advertising technologies described in Section 4 below.
3. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to early-access requests;
- evaluate interest in Simbrace;
- understand potential use cases for our product;
- contact selected partners, creators, or teams as early access opens;
- operate, maintain, and protect this website and the early-access form;
- detect, prevent, and respond to abuse, spam, and security issues;
- analyze website performance and the effectiveness of our campaigns;
- improve our messaging, positioning, and product direction;
- maintain ordinary business and operational records; and
- comply with applicable laws and legal obligations.
4. Analytics and advertising
We currently use a behavior analytics technology (Contentsquare/Hotjar behavior analytics) to understand how visitors navigate and interact with this website, including through session replay and heatmaps. We also use Google Tag Manager, a tag-management tool that, once live on this website, lets us load and manage other website technologies from one place; Google Tag Manager does not itself send analytics or advertising data anywhere, and we have not configured any other technology inside it. We do not currently use Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, or TikTok Pixel, and we may add one or more of these, or similar analytics and advertising technologies, in the future; if we do, we will update this notice and our Cookie Notice to describe them. See our Cookie Notice for more detail about the categories of cookies and similar technologies we use.
5. How information is stored and shared
Early-access requests are stored server-side in a protected way, with direct public access blocked. We do not use an external, third-party form service to operate the early-access form — it is built and hosted as part of our own website. When you submit a request, we also send an internal notification email to our team so we can follow up with you.
We may share information with service providers who help us operate our business, including:
- our website hosting provider;
- email and server infrastructure providers;
- analytics and advertising providers such as Google, Meta, and TikTok; and
- internal systems operated by Mazer Inc.
Simbrace product experiences may separately involve AI, speech, voice, moderation, hosting, and infrastructure providers. Data handling for those experiences may depend on the specific experience, provider, and configuration. This Privacy Policy primarily covers this website and the early-access form, not in-product AI avatar interactions — see our AI Interaction Notice for more on that topic.
6. Retention
We keep early-access requests and related operational records for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate requests, communicate with prospects, maintain business records, prevent abuse, analyze campaign performance, and comply with our legal obligations.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of further contact from us. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@simbrace.com. You may also have choices about analytics and advertising cookies through your browser settings and the controls offered by individual providers — see our Cookie Notice for more detail. Depending on your jurisdiction, you can also use our Do Not Sell or Share page to submit applicable opt-out requests.
8. Children
Simbrace early access and this website are intended for adults, creators, teams, and business inquiries. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Contact
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how we handle your information, contact us at contact@simbrace.com.
